Trading Power Minimum = 15, Trading Power Maximum = 30. This has to do with RCI. Buyer will have 15 “trading power units” per 7 nights, but they will automatically increase the trading power to 30 and not affect the remaining weeks.
Includes a membership to RCI. Must be activated within 2 years. Includes 420 Exchange Nights (60 Weeks) to use during the Membership. They can be booked in 7 day intervals. Also, four weeks to use at $249/Week, then they are $519/week. You pay when you use them. The $249/weeks must be activated within 2 years and must be used within 2 years of activation.
On 9/1/22, there will be a $160 renewal fee due. This is the annual renewal fee for Unlimited Vacation Club.
