The interior of the unit is 1627 sq. feet with 200 sq. feet of patio space; one of only 9 walk-out units that offer a back patio with a path right to the beach! Featuring sumptious interior design and all the comfort and convenience you'd expect from the Ritz. Maintenance fees paid are annually. One of the great features of being a Ritz Carlton Club member is the Per Diem room rates -- at the St. Thomas location the rate is currently only $211 a day for a 2 bedroom unit.
